\Maopu Buckwheat Liquor is a new type of baijiu innovated and developed by Jing Brand Co., Ltd. It is a blend of three baijiu aroma types—mild, strong, and soy sauce aromatic liquor. The liquor is yellowish in color and has a unique buckwheat smell, giving off a different fragrance to that of traditional Chinese baijiu.
The Maopu buckwheat liquor also includes extracts from rich herbs such as Kudzu root, goji berry, hawthorn, and Siraitia grosvenorii, all of which contain a variety of active ingredients. These ingredients can reduce the damage of alcohol to the liver and also help reduce blood lipids. Maopu Buckwheat has been shown to make people feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Buckwheat Honey Old Fashioned
2 oz Jing Brand Mao Pu Buckwheat Liquor, 0.5 oz buckwheat honey syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, Orange twist for garnish, Ice cubes
In a mixing glass, combine Mao Pu Buckwheat Liquor, buckwheat honey syrup, and Angostura bitters. Add ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rock glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
