Product details
Arran is real small production whisky made by one of Scotland's first new wave independents. Concentrated with vanilla, stone fruit, and baking spices, the 21 years spent in oak casks brings serious bang for the buck.
Using a combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks for maturation, the whisky is classically Highland in style, yet located on an island far south of the Scottish region.
Arran was founded in 1993 on the Isle of Arran and launched its first single malt in 2005. It produces just over a million liters of whisky per year (about 8% of what Glenfiddich makes annually), and has a small, yet enthusiastic fanbase of loyal drinkers that actively promote the brand within small circles around the globe.
