Asabiraki is one of the most awards-winning sake breweries in Iwate Pref. Their brewmaster has the honor of WINNING GOLD MEDALS 12 YEARS RUNNINGS at the National New Sake Competition. That has proved the constant quality work of Asabiraki sake.
The Junmai grade sake Suijin, meaning God of Water, has a full-bodied, powerful, and ultra-dry finish with SMV +10. It is suited for accompanying meals and pairs well when chilled (10°C) with avocado and sea salt to create a dynamic flavor. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed warm (45°C) with beef steak or pork roast to bring out the taste notes of richer dishes.
