Finca los Hoyales is a red wine made from the Tempranillo variety by Bodegas Cruz de Alba, under the Ribera del Duero designation of origin. The varieties come from vineyards that are more than 50 years old and cultivated biodynamically.
The 2016 vintage is a signature wine, complex and elegant, with a modern cut and delicate structure.
Cruz de Alba stands out among the wineries in the group because of its use of biodynamics, with special attention to homeopathy and radiesthesia. This technique, used by dowser for capturing radiations and electromagnetic stimuli, is applied here by winemaker Sergio Ávila to know the needs of the vine.
