Product details
Château Corbin, located in the Saint Emilion AOC near the Pomerol border, is a historic estate with roots dating back to the 15th century. Legend has it that the property once belonged to Edouard de Plantagenet, the "Black Prince," during the early stages of the Hundred Years' War. Since 1999, the estate has been under the management of Anabelle Cruse Bardinet, a Bordeaux University oenology graduate and the fourth generation of her family to lead the château.
The 2017 vintage, named Divin, showcases a rich expression of pure, concentrated dark fruit. The wine is soft and juicy, with a fresh palate characterized by fine, elegant tannins. Despite the challenges of frost that year, which limited production to just one wine, Divin impresses with its black currant flavors and fresh fruitiness, complemented by a light tannic structure. It is recommended to enjoy this wine from 2021 onwards.
