straight bourbon whiskey. This exclusive release celebrates the future home of Clyde May’s
with the opening of the Conecuh Ridge Distillery in Troy, Alabama. Inspired by Clyde May’s
original “Conecuh Ridge Whiskey,” recognized as the official state spirit of Alabama, this
new offering pays homage to its storied heritage.
Masterfully crafted and aged for at least 5 years in charred white American oak barrels,
Conecuh Ridge Bourbon boasts a deep amber color and a complex aroma of toffee, mint,
and molasses. Each barrel is carefully selected to ensure consistent flavor while maintaining
a unique personality. On the palate, it is pleasantly sweet with notes of almonds and rich
cocoa, culminating in a long, smooth finish.
