This is Asahi brewery's very limited premium sake. Takanenishiki sake rice is polished down to 28% of its original size and fermented for an entire year to achieve a well-balanced flavor with very clean, sophisticated finish.
This Muroka Junmai Daiginjois stored unpasturized in -10 degrees Celcius after brewing, and is pasturized only once immediately before shipping. The absense of carbon filtration (aka, Muroka) leads to a large presence of flavor and a lively aroma.
The nose on this very clean and elegant sake with added plum extract is a gentle collection of honey, sweet bread, plum, pomegranate, raisin, apple pie, leather, and white flower aromas.
This baijiu made with water, sorghum, wheat, corn, glutinous rice and rice as raw materials, with the essence of five grains, traditionally brewed, hoarded and tempered, naturally matured, and carefully brewed.

Bottled at cask strength, this single barrel bourbon whiskey has notes of brown sugar and maple with a hint of toasted oak finish. When proofed down with distilled water or a block of ice, rich vanilla flavors open up which are lovely to sip on.
Akitabare Suirakuten Junmai Daiginjo’s rice polishing ratio is 40%, and acidity is 1.2. It carries joyful notes of peach and melon, and ends with a resolute finish. It’s best served at 55 degrees, and still drinkable when it’s warmed to room temperature.
