While all of the releases in the vintage Exceptional Cask series have been world class, People found the exclusive use of ex-Bourbon barrels to age this batch particularly prescient in bringing out the DNA of this distillery. The rum is incredibly expressive with notes of banana cream pudding, sticky toffee bread, tepache, roasted coffee beans and ginger beer.
