Product details
The Glenturret 33 Years Old Provenance Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is an exquisite expression from Scotland's oldest working distillery, established in 1763 in Perthshire. This limited release, part of the 'Trinity' series in collaboration with Lalique, celebrates the distillery's commitment to PROVENANCE, PROWESS, and PASSION. Crafted by renowned Whisky Maker Bob Dalgarno, this whisky was drawn from a trinity of casks filled in 1987 and bottled on December 4, 2020, at a cask strength of 43.7% ABV. Only 320 decanters were produced, each embodying the distillery's dedication to traditional, handcrafted whisky making.
On the palate, the Glenturret 33 Years Old Provenance offers rich notes of ginger, brandy-soaked cherries, and plump, juicy sultanas, followed by hints of cinnamon sticks, dates, and soft whispers of oak and green apple. This complex flavor profile makes it an excellent companion to rich, fruit-based desserts like sticky toffee pudding or spiced fruitcake. Additionally, its depth and subtle spice complement savory dishes such as roast venison with caramelized root vegetables or mature cheddar cheese. Best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water, this whisky provides a luxurious tasting experience that reflects The Glenturret's storied heritage and craftsmanship.
