Gujing Gong Jiu is one of the most famous old-eight liquors in China. Its origin dates back to the year 196 AD when Cao Cao presented the "Nine Fermentation Spring Liquor" and the brewing method "Nine Fermentation Method" from his hometown of Bozhou to Han Xian Emperor Liu Xie. Since then, it has been serving as a tribute to the royal family, with a history spanning over 1800 years. Fermented in cellars dating back to the Ming Dynasty, the most refined part of the original liquor is selected through traditional techniques such as layer selection and timing, then stored in the Wuji Cellar for natural aging, ultimately forming vintage mash-grade liquor.
Gujing Gong Jiu is a type of strong aromatic Baijiu made from high-quality sorghum, rice, wheat, glutinous rice, and corn, using "Wuji Water" and "Peach Blossom Spring Qu." It is crafted using traditional techniques. The outer box is made of high-tech laser positioning paper material, enhancing anti-counterfeiting functionality. The bottle is made using glass spraying technology and is pure black, environmentally friendly, and healthy. The bottle shape resembles a dragon-shaped seal, conveying a sense of imperial tribute and symbolizing nobility. The bottle body features sand-gold roasting, highlighting its inherent nobility.
古井贡酒是中国著名的老八大名酒之一,其渊源始于公元196年曹操将家乡亳州产的“九酝春酒”和酿造方法《九酝酒法》进献给汉献帝刘协,自此一直作为皇室贡品,至今已有1800多年历史。经国保单位明代窖池中发酵,后通过择层取醅、择时摘酒等传统工艺,则取最精华的原酒部分,送入无极酒窖窖存,使其自然老熟,最终形成原浆级年份酒。

2 oz Gujing Gong Jiu 8 Years, 1 oz Orange Juice, 0.5 oz Simple Syrup, 2 slices Orange (for garnish)
In a cocktail shaker, combine Gujing Gong Jiu 8 Years, orange juice, and simple syrup. Add plenty of ice, cover the shaker, and shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 15-20 seconds. Prepare a cocktail glass and strain the mixture into it. Garnish the cocktail glass with orange slices to enhance visual appeal and aroma.
