Product details
Founded in 1916, Haneya Sake Brewery, now led by its fourth-generation owner and toji, crafts exquisite sake using pure Fukuryusui water from the Tateyama mountain range and locally grown sake rice from Toyama Prefecture. The HANEYA brand, named after the original shop, embodies meticulous craftsmanship, aiming to elevate the spirits of those who drink it, as if granting them wings. Since 2012, the brewery has adopted year-round brewing, offering fresh nama sake all year long.
Haneya Junmai Daiginjo Tsubasa features a delicate aroma of sweet fruits, layered with complex flavors. Its soft, feather-light texture reveals distinct umami balanced with bright acidity, finishing cleanly. This sake pairs beautifully with Japanese, French, and Italian seafood, especially sweet shrimp, squid, and white fish.
