Honghualang utilizes the high-quality water source from the Chishui River valley, selects premium glutinous sorghum and soft wheat from southern Sichuan as raw materials, inherits the ancient brewing method of "four highs, two longs, two, nine, eight, seven," and follows the unique brewing and storage process guided by the "growth, nurturing, and storage" principle. Carefully crafted and meticulously blended, it exhibits a distinctive style characterized by its "pale yellow transparency, prominent soy fragrance, elegant delicacy, smooth and refreshing taste, long-lasting sweetness, and lingering fragrance even in an empty cup."

Tianbao Cave is the hidden gem of Langjiu Manor, forming a unique natural wine storage cave group with Dibao Cave and Renhe Cave, a gift of nature to Langjiu. The caves maintain a constant temperature and humidity year-round, with thousands of wine jars covered in wine moss, resembling an army of terracotta warriors. 2 oz Honghualang, 0.5 oz Angostura bitters, 0.25 oz Simple syrup, Orange peel or cherry for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Honghualang 10-Year Baijiu, Angostura bitters, and simple syrup. Add ice and gently stir to mix. Garnish with orange peel or cherry, and serve.
