Hua Du Jin Cai is a type of sauce-flavored Baijiu made from sorghum and wheat. The artisans of Huadu Liquor, hailing from Moutai, have received substantial support from Moutai Distillery, originating from the authentic Moutai sauce-flavoring craftsmanship. It employs authentic Guizhou sorghum as a raw material, capturing the essence and charm of the capital's culture. Huadu Jin Cai features a strong sauce aroma, with a rich and mellow fragrance, offering a refreshing sensation. Its taste is exceptionally mellow, and smooth upon entry, with a full-bodied and rounded texture. The aftertaste is long-lasting and refreshing.

华都金彩天安门酒具有浓烈的酱香味,香气浓郁而醇厚,给人一种沁人心脾的感觉。口感非常醇和,入口柔和顺滑,酒体丰满而圆润。 余味悠长而清爽。

Derived from the authentic Moutai sauce-flavoring craftsmanship, it selects local Guizhou sorghum, adheres to the climatic rhythm of spring and autumn, strictly follows the traditional Daqu sauce brewing process, and abides by the three-year pottery storage and sealing. The glutinous sorghum grains are small, thick-skinned, and resistant to boiling, maintaining grain integrity even after nine rounds of boiling. Daqu is the soul of sauce-flavored liquor, undergoing eight processes to produce high-quality fermentation materials. High-quality water sources are selected to ensure excellent water quality, thereby ensuring a mellow taste for the base liquor.

It adopts the "three highs, three more, three lows, and one less" process: high-temperature koji making, high-temperature heap fermentation, high-temperature picking; more cycles, more grains, more koji; low saccharification power of Daqu, low liquor yield, low moisture content in feed; minimal use of additives. It has a production cycle of one year, with two feedings, nine boilings, eight fermentations, and seven takings. Since the 1970s, Huadu has been selecting the finest parts from each batch of sauce liquor produced and storing them in premium Yixing pottery jars. To this day, Huadu possesses over 3,000 tons of aged sauce-flavored liquor, carefully preserved for many years.

华都白酒又叫北京小茅台,源自正宗茅台酱香工艺,精选贵州本地红缨子高粱,遵循春去秋来的气候节律,严守传统大曲酱酒酿造工艺,恪守三年陶储封藏。糯高粱麦粒小、皮厚、耐蒸煮,经历9次蒸煮也不会影响其颗粒完整性。大曲是酱香酒的灵魂,历经八道工序,成就优质发酵原料。选取优质水源,确保水质优秀,才能保证基酒醇厚的口感。

采用“三高三多三低一少”的工艺;高温制曲、高温堆积、高温摘酒;轮次多、用粮多、用曲多;大曲糖化力低、出酒率低、投料水分低;辅料用量少。1年一个生产周期,2次投料,9次蒸煮,8次发酵,7次取酒。从上个世纪70年代开始,华都从每批生产的酱酒中甄选出最 优质部分,采用上等宜兴陶坛贮藏。时至今日,华都拥有3000多吨 珍藏多年的酱香老酒。

2 oz Huadu Jin Cai Liquor, 1 oz orange juice, 0.5 oz grenadine, Orange slice for garnish

Shake Huadu Jin Cai Liquor and orange juice with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Slowly pour grenadine over the back of a spoon to create a sunrise effect. Garnish with an orange slice.
