Product details
Good dark red with ruby highlights. Complex, vibrant aromas of blackcurrant, graphite, pipe tobacco and minerals. Lush, fine-grained and superconcentrated; velvety in texture despite possessing fruit of steel. Much more energy here than the 2007 is showing today. Wonderfully expansive on the subtle, extremely long back end, which features major mellow tannins and superb rising fruit. A great success for this late-bottled Cabernet style.
