Product details
Created by renowned self-taught vintner Jason Woodbridge with the help of wine master Philippe Melka, Hundred Acre Deep Time Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the finest California wines in the world. Composed of hand-harvested, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in small, carefully curated plots - this highly-acclaimed wine is fermented in petite French oak puncheons before being barreled and aged in 100% virgin French oak barrels. Deep Time selections are matured for a minimum of 36 months before bottling, with some vintages aged for 48 months or more (by special request) - further enhancing the wine’s innate richness and opulence. Offered in extremely limited quantities with varying ABV%, this featured bottling of 2007 Hundred Acre Deep Time has experienced 40 - 50 months of extended maturation in the aforementioned select barrels and was awarded 96 points overall by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate and 97 points by international wine critic Lisa Perrotti Brown.
