It is a type of baijiu with relatively high alcohol content, brewed using ancient techniques and high-quality grains such as sorghum, wheat, and corn as raw materials, meticulously crafted through multiple processes. JinshaGu Liquor, due to its distinctive flavor and historical background, is beloved by consumers both domestically and internationally. It has gained a certain level of recognition in the Chinese baijiu market and is also one of the characteristic famous liquors of Guizhou Province.

Established in 1929, Guizhou JinshaGu Liquor is the oldest liquor enterprise in Jinsha County, Guizhou Province. Located upstream of the Chishui River, renowned for its high-quality water source, and in the Jinsha District, one of China's three major liquor production areas, JinshaGu Liquor is the oldest production base in the region. The Diamond Star Series of JinshaGu Liquor is the flagship product in the mid-range of its strategic image. It is meticulously blended with the base vintage of JinshaGu Liquor. JinshaGu Liquor is produced in the core production area of Chinese Jiangxiang Fragrance Baijiu, in the upper reaches of the Chishui River. It uses high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water as raw materials and inherits the traditional technology of pure grain solid-state fermentation. Their production process is complex but orderly, with one production cycle per year; two feedings and two fermentations; three typical types: pure sweetness, the bottom of the pit, sauce flavor; and "three high and three long" processes: high-temperature koji making, high-temperature accumulation, high temperature receiving liquor, long time for koji making, long production cycle, long storage time; 40 days for koji making and fermentation; May Dragon Boat Festival koji making; storage for six months; seven wine picking; eight times for adding koji, stacking, and entering the pool Fermentation; nine times of cooking; 108 processes.

JinshaGu Liquor carefully selects each grain of Qianbei Plateau wheat as the raw material to produce the "jiuqu" of sauce aroma liquor in the natural environment where microorganisms flourish. Jiuqu, also known as saccharification starter, is rich in unique brewing microorganisms and is the "primer" of sorghum fermentation. The quality of Jiuqu affects the flavor of liquor and plays an important role in the formation of liquor style, the improvement of liquor quality, and the enhancement of layering. The koji made of wheat is full of fragrance and unique style. It is an excellent method for making sauce-flavored liquor with Jinshagu liquor, which brings the liquor's unusual sauce aroma charm.

Jinsha Gu Fruit Cocktail

30ml Jinsha Gu Liquor, 30ml Orange Juice, 30ml Pineapple Juice, Ice Cubes, Fresh Mint Leaves (for garnish)

Add ice cubes to a shaker. Pour in Jinsha Gu Liquor, orange juice, and pineapple juice, then shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
