Notes of dusty nectarine, crushed seashells, green apple, nutmeg and with brisk acidity. Kistler was founded in 1978 by Steve Kistler and Mark Bixler. They only make single vineyard Chardonnays, with a clone that was originally imported from Burgundy in the early 1900s.
