Kizakura S Junmai Daiginjo is crafted with the pure "Fushimizu" soft water of the Fushimi region and 100% Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 50%. Fermented at a low temperature of around 10°C, this sake develops delightful fruit notes reminiscent of apple and banana. As a Junmai Daiginjo, it carries an extra layer of umami from the rice, making it a refined choice for special occasions.
This elegant sake features fresh green forest aromas, hints of muscat and green melon rind, and a delicate palate with subtle rock salt and silkiness.
