Qinghua Langjiu (Blue Flower Lang Liquor) carries on the ancient brewing tradition of "Four Highs and Two Longs, 2987," utilizing a unique "birth, growth, nurturing, and storage" process for brewing and aging. Qinghua Lang showcases a complex soy sauce aroma, aged fragrance, caramelized notes, and a distinctive fermentation aroma. The body is rich and full, with a bold character and long-lasting fragrance. Since the establishment of Xuzhi Distillery in the late Qing Dynasty, Langjiu has always adhered to integrity, respected nature, advocated science, brewed fine wine, and developed the unique secret technique of "born in the Chishui River, grown on Tianbao Peak, nurtured in pottery jars, and stored in Tianbao Cave," which has achieved Langjiu's distinctive characteristics. Langjiu's thousand-year brewing technique is a national-level intangible cultural heritage. Qinghua Coffee Indulgence

40ml Qinghua Lang Baijiu, 30ml Cold brew coffee, 10ml Demerara syrup (or caramel syrup), 1 drop vanilla extract, Ice cubes

Combine Qinghua Lang Baijiu, cold brew coffee, Demerara syrup, and vanilla extract in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a glass, adding more ice cubes if desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of coffee powder or a few coffee beans for a rich blend of coffee and baijiu flavors.

青花咖啡醉

40ml 青花郎酒,30ml 冷萃咖啡,10ml 甘美露糖浆(或焦糖糖浆),1滴香草精,冰块

将青花郎酒、冷萃咖啡、甘美露糖浆和香草精加入调酒壶中,加入冰块。用力摇晃约15秒,直到充分冷却。倒入杯中,可根据口感加入更多冰块。最后可以撒上少许咖啡粉或用咖啡豆装饰,带来醇厚的咖啡与酱香结合的风味。
