Luzhou Laojiao is a brand of Chinese baijiu, a type of distilled liquor. It is produced in Luzhou, Sichuan Province, and is one of the most famous and popular baijiu brands in China. Luzhou Laojiao San Ren Xuan is a premium baijiu made from sorghum and aged for at least 15 years. It has a strong aroma and a smooth taste, and it is often served as a celebratory drink for friendship.

SanRenXuan is jointly launched by Zhang Liang, Chairman of Luzhou Laojiao Group, the first Chinese Master Brewer, and the leader of the national-level Zhang Liang Brewing Skills Studio; Zhang Suyi, Vice President and Chief Engineer of Liquor Design at Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd.; and Dr. Zou Jiangpeng, a national first-level wine taster, liquor industry expert. This collaboration emphasizes the characteristics of the liquor in terms of technology and pays attention to details in the brewing process. It is a truly ingenious work. Its appearance, as well as its high cost-effectiveness, have made it widely loved by consumers.

Strong-aroma Baijiu is a classic aroma type of Chinese liquor, and Luzhou Laojiao is one of the representatives of strong-aroma Baijiu. This liquor is brewed mainly from sorghum and wheat, with a very clear body and no excess sediment. When poured into a cup, one can sense the rich cellar aroma, and the fragrance is very harmonious. On the palate, it is smooth, sweet, and refreshing, with a long and clean finish.

Luzhou Laojiao, one of China’s most revered Baijiu producers, follows ancient, traditional brewing techniques, using only one type of grain—organic red glutinous sorghum grown in southern Sichuan. This region’s unique purple soil produces sorghum that is red, full, and pure, with high amylopectin content, making it ideal for Baijiu production. The grain’s strong water absorption and easy gelatinization contribute to the spirit’s pure, mellow taste. Luzhou Laojiao’s use of supreme-quality sorghum is a cornerstone of its authenticity and dedication to preserving traditional Baijiu-making methods.

Central to Luzhou Laojiao’s process are its historic 1573 National Cellars, fermentation pits that have been continuously producing Baijiu for over 440 years. These ancient pits are rich with microorganisms that enhance the aroma and quality of the spirit over time, earning the cellars the title of "living cultural relic." The Baijiu undergoes solid distillation in a process passed down through 23 generations and is aged in natural caves with stable temperatures and humidity. This slow aging in clay pots allows the Baijiu to breathe, interact with its environment, and develop a smooth, complex flavor free from pungency, making each batch uniquely flavorful.

SanRenXuan Cocktail

45 ml Sanren Xuan, 15 ml Cherry Liqueur, 15 ml Lemon Juice, 10 ml Simple Syrup, Club Soda, Lemon Twist for garnish

In a shaker, combine Sanren Xuan, cherry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon twist.

45 毫升 三人炫，15 毫升 樱桃利口酒，15 毫升 柠檬汁，10 毫升 枫糖浆，苏打水，柠檬片作为装饰

在摇酒器中加入三人炫、樱桃利口酒、柠檬汁和枫糖浆，加冰摇匀，倒入装满冰块的高球杯中，加入苏打水，最后用柠檬片装饰。
