Their Elements Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky exemplifies this philosophy, being the first single malt matured in kosher sherry casks. These casks were specially seasoned for M&H in Jerez, Spain, with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry, ensuring a unique and authentic maturation process. This whisky presents a rich bouquet of red fruit aromas, complemented by gentle oak, caramel, and a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, it offers a medium-bodied experience with light fruity sherry sweetness, intertwined with flavors of dark chocolate and subtle oaky notes. The finish is long-lasting, with lingering dark chocolate nuances followed by hints of tobacco and oak.
