Edition No.2 is a collaboration between master blender Bob Delgarno and legendary Spanish chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca. A combination of sherry puncheons, butts and refill hogsheads, this is a deliciously floral and fruity whisky with notes of tropical fruit, black pepper, liquorice and brandy snaps.
Color: Golden syrup.
Aroma: Treacle, ginger, toffee, apples, rich fruit, layers of vanilla, tropical fruit, subtle green wood.
Palate: Cracked black pepper, spice, cloves, chocolate, nuts, oak, brown sugar, liquorice, brandy snaps.
Finish: Full, slow, warm, viscous.
