Moutai Yingbin Liquor is produced in the core area of the Chishui River Basin (Heyixing production area), utilizing the natural and unique environment. It is made from high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water, using the traditional craftsmanship of strong-flavored baijiu with Daqu, carefully blended with different styles of base liquor using the "liquor blending" method. Moutai Yingbin Liquor belongs to the strong-flavored category. Strong-flavored liquor adopts a production process of high-temperature making Daqu, secondary material addition, and stacked fermentation, with a general production cycle of one year. After taking out the liquor, it is blended and aged to become Moutai Yingbin Liquor. Its taste is characterized by a strong aroma, cellar aroma, richness, sweetness, and unique style. The body is perfect, the aroma is elegant, and the taste is full and mellow.
茅台迎宾酒,产自赤水河流域核心产区(和义兴产区),利用天然独特的自然环境,以优质糯高粱、小麦、水为原料,采用大曲酱香型白酒传统工艺精心酿制,优选不同风格基酒以“酒勾酒”方式精心勾兑而成。茅台迎宾酒属于酱香型酒,酱香型酒采用高温制曲,二次投料,堆积发酵的生产工艺,一般一年为一个生产周期。 取酒后经过勾兑、陈贮而成。 其酒味呈酱香、窖底香、醇甜香而具独特风格。 酒体完美,香气幽雅,酒味丰满、醇厚。

The Moutai spirit is made from a mix of locally produced red sorghum (a small grain rich in tannins), wheat, and water. It is 100% organic, without the addition of any artificial additives. The distillate will be kept in big terracotta pots for at least 3 years, enabling the spirit to reach its 155 different aromatic substances, like the aromas of wheat, grain, hazelnut, roasted walnut, various fruits, mint, caramel, chocolate, floral and herbal aspects, and many more.
The Moutai spirit is manually cultivated following the lunar calendar, and the art of production is passed on from generation to generation. Every production cycle takes one year. From the selection of ingredients to the delivery of the finished product, the production cycle takes 5 years, passing through no less than 30 processes and 165 different procedures. Only brandy from the town of Cognac can be labeled Cognac, the same goes for Moutai, which can only be produced in Moutai town. Any attempts to replicate this unique baijiu elsewhere have failed. The environment and ancient methods have created an irreplaceable product!

Moutai Harmony
60 ml Moutai Welcome Liquor, 30 ml Lychee Liqueur, 15 ml Lemon Juice, 10 ml Simple Syrup, Ice cubes, Lychee fruit or lemon twist for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add Moutai Welcome Liquor, lychee liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Shake well until thoroughly chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lychee fruit or a twist of lemon and enjoy!

60毫升 茅台迎宾酒, 30毫升 荔枝利口酒, 15毫升 柠檬汁, 10毫升 简单糖浆, 冰块, 荔枝果或柠檬片作为装饰
在调酒壶中加入冰块。加入茅台迎宾酒、荔枝利口酒、柠檬汁和简单糖浆。摇匀至完全冷却。将混合物过滤到冷藏的鸡尾酒杯中。用荔枝果或柠檬片作为装饰并享用!
