Nabeshima Daiginjo is an exceptional sake because of its manufacture, the Fukuchiyo brewery using old and artisanal techniques, and by the quality of the ingredients brewed with in particular Yamada Nishiki rice.
Rewarded with the "Champion Sake" prize at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) of 2011, this premium sake with a soft and slightly floral profile expresses fruity notes of citrus and green apple. It is eaten fresh, with seafood such as scallops or lobsters
