Niulanshan Erguotou is the origin of this iconic Beijing liquor, boasting a rich history that spans over 800 years. When brewing Erguotou, brewers meticulously follow the traditional method of "cutting the head and tail to take the heart," which involves discarding the first and third portions of the distillate and only taking the prized "heart" from the second pot. Niulanshan Erguotou proudly upholds this heritage and was awarded the "National Erguotou Original Production Area Certification" on September 4, 2002.
Nestled in the ancient brewing town of Niulanshan, located north of the Yanshan Mountains at the confluence of the Chao and Bai Rivers, the region is blessed with an abundance of natural resources. 2 oz Niulanshan ZhenPin ChenNiang Baijiu, 1 oz green tea (cooled), 1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey to water), 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, Cucumber slices and mint leaves for garnish
