The 2017 vintage comes from the inaugural year of brewing by “The God of Sake Brewing”, Mr. Noguchi Naohiko, at his new brewery in Komatsu, Ishikawa.NOGUCHI NAOHIKO 01 is the first sake of the LIMITED EDITION series and was chosen as the best batch from amongst dozens of tanks by Mr. Noguchi himself.It features fresh and sweet scents like lychee and papaya, a rich umami enhanced by aging, an elegant acidity, and a long finish.Packaged in a stylish asymmetrical bottle designed by Mr. Toshio Ohi, one of the most eminent artists of Ishikawa Prefecture, only 5,500 bottles are to be released.
