Otokoyama Sake Brewery, located in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, has been crafting local sake using pristine spring water for decades. In 1977, it became the first sake brewery in the world to win the prestigious Monde Selection award, a recognition it has upheld for nearly 50 years. Otokoyama Kitano Inaho Daiginjo is made from premium Hokkaido sake rice, polished to 40%. This elegant sake delivers a mild, fruity profile with a delicate green apple aroma, a silky smooth texture, and a long, refined aftertaste.
