A Junmai Daiginjyo Sake made of Yamadanishiki rice known as the King of Sake Rice polished to 45%, and brewed with Ozeki original yeast. This sake is fruity, floral and smooth. Slightly sweet honey-liked initial flavors that fade quickly, with a dry, weighty finish. Aromas of Green Apple and Melon, paired with flavours of White Flowers, finished with a gentle umami of steamed rice. Elegant when chilled; expressive at room temperature.
