Product details
The glass uncovers a deep and rich red-ruby core. The aromas explode out of the glass: sun-kissed black cherry, currant, cassis, and plum, wrapped in layers of lilac, vanilla, and tobacco. The palate is lush and powerful, with plenty of dark cherry and chocolate in the midpalate, fine and rich tannins, and a long-lasting finish.
Scott Palazzo has a huge fan in Thomas Keller of The French Laundry, who commissioned him to make an exclusive red for his flagship restaurant—not to mention Robert Parker. His phenomenal 2017 Left Bank is lush, powerful, and as perfectly balanced as every Palazzo wine we’ve ever offered. It earned Gold Medal honors at the Sommelier’s Choice Awards, whose panel is heavy with tough-scoring Master Somms.
