Aromatic and lively; freshly picked fruits. Well defined and had a good balance of umami and acidity because of the rice used. Soft and subtle but well-balanced character. Aged in the bottle for one year before bringing out into the market. Exceptionally smooth and easy to drink. One of the most sought-after this year and one of the best creations of Houraisen.
This Junmai Daiginjo has a full flavor of sweet and delicious harmony from good quality Yamadanishiki. It is bottled and shipped after a year of maturing period.
