A full-flavored, sweet nigori (cloudy) sake from Yamatogawa Shuzo. Made by coarse-filtering fermented sake, nigorizake retains rice lees, resulting in a dense mouthfeel, a heady fragrance, and a delicious, rice-forward sweetness.
This versatile sake can be enjoyed chilled, where its intricate flavors shine, or gently warmed to deepen its flavors and enhance its sweetness. The use of medium-hard Hakusan underground well water contributes to its unique character.
Brewed to perfection using precious mountain water, Jozen “Aqua” is definitely a dry sake, but has some hidden sweetness underneath. Light notes of peach sprinkled with brown sugar glide subtly through the dry currents.

Senkin Modern Muku is the brewery's flagship brand, brewed 100% with local Sakura city Yamada Nishiki rice. Part of their "modern" series (meaning that it was brewed with modern methods), the brewery touts this as their daily drinking sake.
A miracle born from the extremes of polishing Yamada Nishiki down to 17% remaining. Brewed by intertwining beauty with body, this original addition to Senkin's premium line has been dubbed "Urara" for the sake's beautiful and powerful presence.

This beautiful Junmai Daiginjo is aged for a minimum of 3 years in Hakkai Brewery’s snow-storage room, called the Yukimuro. The flavor is initially subdued, before it unfolds the rich and solid sake that it is.
The nose is filled with strawberry, banana, cantaloupe, and watermelon. Every sip with hints of minerals, ginger, melon and a dryness that speaks to all.
