This special Kanagawa prefecture Kimoto sake has a reserved and understated aroma, with light delicate flavors. It is delicious slightly warm, and perfect for enhancing rich flavors and cutting through oil.
Junmai sake, with umami from rice and pleasant acidity. Enjoyable in any temperature from cold to hot. A sake that enhances the flavor of any food it is paired with.
This sake is made from Yamadanishiki rice that’s cultivated in Hiroshima prefecture. The rice is polished for over 100 hours to get it down to a 32% rice polishing ratio, but the wait is worth it.
Made with locally grown Miyamanishiki rice polished down to 49% – Moon Bloom’s Junmai Daiginjo has a sweet melon and powdery nose. Think boxed cake mix alongside rice powder, with hints of juicy fruit and pea shoot stems.
This sharp, super dry sake sports the name Makiri, which translates to “Demon Cutter”. Inspired by the blades of fishermen in Sakata City, which were said to dispel evil forces, Makiri will dispel bad energy from your soul and fill you with inner warmth.
This elegant Daiginjo is made from a very special strain of special sake rice; Yamada Nishiki grown by farmers who have been working at it for five generations.
The nose on this brew milled to 60% is filled with mango, rice, vanilla, and Jolly Rancher green apple aromas. A very tight and compact sake that drinks crisp and bright.

This Junmai Ginjo is made to be good for any time, any meal, and any temperature. The nose is gentle and floral, and it has a delicious and refreshing flavor that cleans the palate.
Vividly fruity when first bottled, it has deepened with age to reveal muted tones of pomegranate and persimmon. Best enjoyed slightly cooled. Goes quite well with soft cheeses and light Mediterranean-style tapas.
