Created by Sammy Hager of Van Halen this tequila is made of 100% blue Agave. The process includes aging in oak barrels and fine-tuning the fermented juice to create a flavor filled smooth style to be enjoyed the Cabo Wabo way.
This tequila perfectly captures the natural, earthy notes of Mexico, especially agave, minerals, and mushrooms. At first each sip is sweet, followed by clean and balanced earthy flavor.
Early nosings detect notes of dill and black pepper. On the palate Cazadores is nimble and off-dry at entry, then by midpalate the flavor resembles cocoa bean and asparagus. Finish is clean, light and off-dry.
