The aroma contains notes of sweet cooked agave, toffee and black pepper that are balanced with vanilla. Tastes of complex cooked agave notes with oak, anise and dried fruits. Gently aged for 3 years in ex-American oak Whiskey barrels, creating a slightly darker amber color. Deep and long-lasting peppery and anise seed finish.
