The Dalmore 30 is a luxurious Highland Single Malt, initially aged in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and then meticulously finished in a rare combination of Colheita and Tawny Port casks from Graham’s Port. This single malt, distilled on November 20, 1991, spent years maturing before being transferred to Port pipes that previously held Graham’s 1982 Single Harvest Port for a final two-year maturation. This intricate aging process results in an exceptionally rare whisky with a rich and complex profile, making it a true expression of craftsmanship and tradition.
On the nose, The Dalmore 30 offers an enticing blend of manuka honey, dark berry fruits, marzipan, and cinnamon. The palate is a symphony of flavors, including Victoria plums, dark cacao, Maraschino cherries, and subtle hints of Colombian coffee.
