Launched early this century, The Macallan Fine & Rare Collection has grown to become the largest assembly of vintage-dated, single malt whiskies in the world. These fifty-seven bottlings are products of nature’s gentle process, undisturbed for decades in sherry seasoned oak casks."
This single cask, cask strength 30-year-old whiskey was bottled in 2021. It encompasses beautiful aromatics of sweet honey and vanilla followed by peach and raspberry tart, antique oak, orange oil and caramelized apple. The palate boasts of orange and almond cake, vanilla and raisin, leather and forest fruits, nutmeg, liquorice and iced cinnamon buns. The finish is long, interesting and complex with a fresh, sweet twist and gentle spice. Only 467 bottles made.
